K-Line by Lionel O-Scale NYC Elkhart Valley Pullman Heavyweight Observation Car 6-21174 - This is an O-scale model train heavyweight observation passenger car manufactured by K-Line by Lionel, catalog number 6-21174. The car is finished in Pullman green with gold-tone lettering. The clerestory is marked with the name PULLMAN, and the side panels are marked ELKHART VALLEY. The car features a detailed interior visible through clear window inserts and an open rear observation platform with a gold-tone railing. The model is constructed with a plastic body and includes three-axle trucks with die-cast metal wheels and knuckle couplers. The car comes in its original cardboard window box with a molded plastic insert. The white adhesive label on the end of the box identifies the piece as NYC Elkhart Valley Observation and notes that it was originally part of set number 6-21170.
