A Lot of Five Vintage Lionel O Gauge Postwar Era Boxcars and Refrigerator Car - This lot consists of five vintage O gauge model train rolling stock cars manufactured by Lionel during the postwar era. The collection includes four boxcars and one refrigerator car constructed with plastic bodies, metal chassis, and metal trucks with wheels. The first item is a Lionel #3484-25 AT&SF (Santa Fe) Operating Boxcar. The car features an orange body with white lettering, including the Santa Fe cross logo, and is marked 348 425 and X3484. It includes a sliding side door with an interior blue plastic figure designed for animation. The second item is a Lionel #3862 Greenlee Packing Company Refrigerator Car. It has a yellow-orange body with a brown roof and ends. Markings include Sioux Falls, So. Dakota, N.A.D.X. 3862, and the Greenlee logo for Cornfed Beef. The collection includes two matching Lionel #6464525 Minneapolis and St. Louis (M&StL) Boxcars. Both feature red bodies with white lettering and the Peoria Gateway logo. They are marked BLT 6-57 BY LIONEL. The final item is a Lionel #6464425 New Haven Boxcar. It features a black body with a contrasting orange sliding door and white lettering, including the NH block logo. It is marked BLT 3-56 BY LIONEL. The cars are in used, vintage condition showing surface dust, minor scuffs, and small areas of paint loss consistent with age and handling. One truck assembly on the Greenlee refrigerator car is detached from the chassis but present in the lot. Functional components, including the operating figure and magnetic couplers, have not been tested. No original boxes or packaging are present.
