A Collection of Five Lionel and Other O-Gauge Model Railroad Freight Cars - This lot consists of five O-gauge model railroad freight cars, primarily featuring items manufactured by Lionel. The cars are constructed with plastic bodies, rotating trucks, metal wheels and axles, and functional plastic knuckle-style couplers. The collection includes: A Lionel Santa Fe Route of the Chief MTC refrigerator car, featuring a white and cream body with a maroon roof and sliding doors. The side is marked S F R D 6672 and includes notations for BLT 5-54 BY LIONEL and THE ROUTE OF THE CHIEF. A Lionel Lackawanna covered hopper car, finished in grey with a maroon horizontal stripe outlined in yellow. The side is marked LACKAWANNA and includes the text BLT 5-53 BY LIONEL. A Lionel Rock Island Route of the Rockets boxcar in a silver finish with blue lettering, featuring an opening sliding door. The side is marked R.I. 6464 and bears a circular L mark with BLT BY LIONEL. A Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) boxcar in a yellow livery with black lettering and a sliding door. The side is marked PRR 498328 and features the PRR keystone logo and a NEW 1-47 date. An American Refrigerator Transit Co. (ART) refrigerator car in a yellow livery, marked with the company shield logo and the number 62246. The side includes the notation NEW 12-36, and the underside is marked MADE IN CHINA. The cars are in very good, used condition, showing light surface dust consistent with display or light use. The paint and printed graphics are well-preserved and remain crisp and legible across all items. Mechanical components, including the trucks and couplers, appear intact and functional. One door on the Rock Island boxcar is currently in an open position.
