This is an observation car featuring the Erie Lackawanna road name and road number 98. The model features a detailed plastic body with a clerestory-style roof and an open rear observation platform with an integrated railing. It is equipped with die-cast metal trucks and couplers. The exterior is finished in an Erie Lackawanna livery consisting of a dark gray roof, a burgundy window band, and a tan lower body accented with yellow pin-striping. The windows are fitted with interior silhouette strips depicting passengers. The side of the car is lettered ERIE - LACKAWANNA in red, and the number 98 is printed on the lower side panels.
