Yael Herziger-Hershko - Dome of the Sky. - Yael Herziger-Hershko - Dome of the Sky. Named ”Dome of the Sky” represents the dissonance between the  peacefulness of Israel and the collective pain we experience as a nation. Painted on it are her favorite flowers—white daisies. A simple flower found  in the fields, yet so beautiful in its simplicity. After it withers, it transforms into a dandelion puff, and when you blow on it,   its seeds scatter in the wind.  They rise upward, like people—sometimes fading away, disappearing as if  they were never here. All proceeds will be donated to the purchase of protective equipment for the IDF reserve soldiers.
