Fine blue leather binding, gilt, with the royal coat of arms of Italy. Endpapers in fine blue silk. Black-and-white map, mounted in sections on a white cloth, in perfect condition. It depicts the cities of Aquila, Borgocoliefegato, Rieti, Capestrano among many others in this area of Italy. Kept in a protective leather case, for the King of Italy, gilt, with the coat of arms. Copy that was used by the 1st King of Italy, although it bears the oleographic stamp of the following monarch. PERFECT CONDITION. FR [CARTOGRAFIA] GRANDI MANOVRE 1895. CARTE AU 1:100 000 POUR CORPS D’ARMÉE OPPOSÉS. (Dim. 41 x 95 cm). Reliure en fine peau bleue, dorée à l’or, avec les armoiries royales d’Italie. Gardes en fine soie bleue. Carte en noir et blanc, montée par parties sur une toile blanche, en parfait état de conservation. Elle décrit les villes d’Aquila, Borgocoliefegato, Rieti, Capestrano parmi tant d’autres de cette région d’Italie. Conservée dans un étui de protection en cuir, destiné au Roi d’Italie, doré à l’or, avec les armoiries. Exemplaire qui fut utilisé par le 1er Roi d’Italie, bien qu’il porte le cachet oléographique du monarque suivant. ÉTAT PARFAIT.
