The rifle is equipped with adjustable iron sights and retains its original plastic Stevens Favorite butt plate. The action functions properly, including the hammer and trigger, though the lever does drop slightly—about a quarter inch—when closed. The bore shows visible rifling with medium to heavy pitting, and the barrel has moderate surface rust and wear. The receiver exhibits light scratches and moderate dings, with noticeable wear on the action from regular use. The stock is worn and marked, and may have been refinished at some point.
