The bore condition is unknown due to limited inspection, though medium-worn rifling is visible. The rifle is equipped with rifle sights, a brass crescent butt plate, and a brass trigger guard, and includes a wooden ramrod. The lock exhibits noticeable wobble and play, with a worn etching and significant pitting, and appears to function. The set trigger is stiff and overly light, sometimes discharging unintentionally. The barrel shows pitting, scratches, deep dents, and a worn, patinaed metal finish.
