Royal silver comb, Spain, early 19th century. Was made with a silhouette of King Fernando the 7th, who ruled for one year in 1808 - the period when he was very thin and this could be seen in the face of the king on the comb. Later on, during his 2nd tenure between 1813-1833 he became a fat and didn't fit his picture on the comb. This is a proof of the period when this comb was made. Weight: 99 gr., Width: 17 cm, Height: 16 cm. Excellent condition. Very rare !
