Roseville Pottery Donatello Footed Bowl - A Roseville Pottery footed bowl or compote in the Donatello pattern, introduced circa 1915. This ceramic vessel consists of a fluted pedestal base in a cream glaze. The exterior of the bowl features a matte peach ground decorated with a white bas-relief frieze. The relief depicts figures of children or cherubs in various poses beneath stylized trees. The rim is finished with a gadrooned border. The interior of the bowl is finished in a cream-colored glaze.
