A Georgian Style Mahogany Chest of Drawers - A Georgian style mahogany chest of drawers featuring a configuration of two short drawers over three long graduated drawers. The piece is constructed from mahogany with a polished grain and is fitted with turned wooden knob handles and simple brass escutcheons over each keyhole. It stands on traditional bracket feet. The back is composed of horizontally oriented, rough-hewn wooden planks, one of which bears a faint, hand-written inscription that reads SKEN. 44 x 48 x 22 inches.
