Each item is designed with two divergent, scrolled arms that emerge from a central circular motif and end in tulip-shaped candle cups. The pieces are constructed from colorless glass and feature smooth, molded circular bases. The design is consistent with mid-20th-century American elegant glass, specifically the Double Scroll pattern attributed to the Fostoria Glass Company.
