German Art Deco Style Stained Oak Longcase Clock, circa 1920s - This German longcase clock, dating to approximately the 1920s, features a dark-stained wood case with an arched hood and carved foliate accents. The trunk contains a full-length glass door revealing the internal mechanical components. The circular dial is finished in a hammered brass tone, featuring black Arabic numerals for a 12-hour display and an outer ring for 24-hour military time. The center of the dial is decorated with an embossed floral and scrollwork motif. The mechanical movement is chain-driven, accompanied by two cylindrical brass-tone weights and a circular pendulum, all of which feature a hammered texture and decorative oval medallions.
