Duncan Phyfe Style Lyre Back Mahogany Finished Side Chair - This single side chair is a 20th-century reproduction in the Duncan Phyfe style. The piece is constructed from hardwood with a mahogany finish. The backrest features a central lyre-shaped splat with vertical bars, positioned between curved stiles. The chair is designed with a fixed upholstered seat featuring a multi-colored striped fabric in shades of blue, green, and salmon. It is supported by four curved saber legs. No maker marks or labels are visible on the exterior or underside of the frame. A small white adhesive tag with the number 0011 is located on the top rail.
