A Pair of American Elegant Clear Glass Candlesticks in the Rose Point Pattern - This pair of clear glass candlesticks is attributed to the Cambridge Glass Company and features the Rose Point etching, also known as Etching number 1041. The items are constructed from pressed glass with a delicate acid-etched floral lace design across the wide, circular bases. Each base is finished with a molded beaded or thumbprint rim. The short stems are fluted, supporting flared, molded candle cups. This specific form is associated with the manufacturer's 3400 line produced in the United States during the mid-20th century, specifically between 1934 and 1958. No maker's marks are visible on the glass; however, a handwritten tag identifies the pattern as Rose Point. The glass is colorless and shows no evidence of a pontil mark, consistent with pressed glass manufacturing techniques of the period. Height: Approximately 4.5 inches Base Diameter: Approximately 5.5 inches.
