A French Provincial Style Full Size Bed Set with Hand Painted Floral Decoration- with rails - This full-size bed set is designed in the French Provincial style, a popular aesthetic in mid-20th century American furniture. The set includes a headboard, footboard, and side rails. The pieces are constructed from wood with a dark brown finish featuring a faux-grain pattern. Both the headboard and footboard showcase a tri-partite arched silhouette highlighted with green-painted molded trim. A central cartouche-shaped panel on both pieces contains a hand-painted floral bouquet featuring roses. The headboard is further embellished with a gilded shell-motif crest at its apex. Both the headboard and footboard are supported by turned and fluted posts, and the footboard features a decorative scrolling apron. On the upper left of the headboard's central panel, there is a small rectangular white sticker with the black printed characters 0018.
