Hekman Furniture Traditional Style Banded Mahogany Media Armoire - This two-piece media armoire is attributed to Hekman Furniture. The unit is constructed from mahogany-finished hardwood with decorative burl wood veneer cross-banding on the door and drawer fronts. The upper hutch features twin cabinet doors with recessed panels and burl wood borders, opening to a large interior cavity equipped with a perforated back panel for ventilation and a circular cable management port. The hutch is finished with flared crown molding. The lower base section is divided into two vertical banks. The left bank contains a drop-front compartment above a single cupboard door. The right bank features two stacked drawers. The entire piece is supported on stylized ogee bracket feet. Hardware throughout consists of polished brass-tone metal, including drop-ring pulls on the cabinet doors and batwing-style bail handles on the drawers.
