Set of Four Queen Anne Style Revival Hardwood Side Chairs - A set of four matching side chairs in the Queen Anne revival style, likely dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. The chairs are constructed from a dark-stained hardwood and feature tall, rectangular padded backs with stuffed seats. The front cabriole legs are ornamented with carved acanthus leaf motifs at the knees and terminate in claw-and-ball feet. The rear legs are raked and square in section. The set is currently upholstered in a contemporary leopard-patterned plush or cut-velvet fabric. No maker marks, brandings, or labels are visible on the exterior of the frames or the legs.
