Jacobean Revival Carved Oak Court Cupboard - A 20th-century Jacobean Revival court cupboard constructed of dark-stained oak. This single-piece unit features a two-tier configuration in the style of 17th-century English furniture. The upper section consists of a recessed central cupboard door flanked by carved panels, supported by two heavy, bulbous cup-and-cover carved turnings. The top frieze is decorated with a continuous carved guilloche pattern. The lower section includes two large cupboard doors and four small drawers arranged in two vertical pairs. Decorative elements include deeply carved lozenge motifs with central foliate starburst designs on the cupboard doors and upper side panels. A central vertical stile is ornamented with a series of carved notches. The piece is fitted with turned wooden knob pulls, decorative black-finished metal butterfly hinges, and a simple metal latch.
