William and Mary Style Oak Gate-Leg Drop-Leaf Table - A William and Mary style gate-leg table, also described as Jacobean Revival, constructed of solid oak with a dark-stained finish. The top features a fixed rectangular center section and two semi-oval drop leaves that form an oval shape when fully extended. The table is supported by a double gate-leg base with a total of eight legs. The legs feature turned baluster supports on square block bases, all connected by a low box stretcher. Two legs on each side function as gates to support the leaves when raised. No maker marks, signatures, or brandings are visible on the base or underside. A small white adhesive inventory sticker with the printed numbers 0145 is present on the edge of one leaf. Height: 29 inches Width (extended): 43 inches Depth: 38 inches.
