Jacobean Revival Quartersawn Tiger Oak Gateleg Drop Leaf Table - This early 20th-century Jacobean Revival style gateleg drop-leaf table is constructed from solid quartersawn oak. The wood displays a prominent medullary ray grain pattern throughout the top surfaces, commonly referred to as tiger oak. The table features a narrow rectangular center section flanked by two semi-circular drop-leaves, forming an oval shape when fully extended. The base is composed of six baluster-turned legs joined by a box stretcher, with two legs serving as a gateleg mechanism to support the leaves.
