Jacobean Revival Style Oak Kneehole Writing Desk Attributed to Jaycee or Old Charm - This vintage kneehole writing desk is constructed from oak with a medium-brown finish, designed in the Jacobean Revival style. The rectangular top features an inset brown leather or faux-leather writing surface with blind-tooled borders. The desk contains five drawers: two stacked drawers on each pedestal flanking a wide central drawer. The central drawer face is embellished with an arcaded blind-carved fretwork pattern. The drawers are fitted with ornate cast metal ring-drop pulls on foliated backplates. The piece is supported by four legs with bulbous turned and squared sections, connected by a low-profile H-stretcher. A white lot tag numbered 0168 is present on the top corner. 30 inches H x 42 inches W x 18 inches D.
