Part of the sefer discusses the polemic relating to the Torah reading on the Shabbat of a wedding according to the Sephardic custom. The debate was stirred by an incident in the Pisa community in 1736, and caused a stormy halachic polemic that spread to a number of countries. With a lengthy dedication in Portuguese, with all the leaves of approbations and many poems.
