Very long Letter Chidushei Torah by Rabbi Nathan Levin to Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank, Rish”a 1914. Rabbi Nathan Levin (1857 - 1926) was a prominent Galician scholar who was looked upon as a Halachic authority by Jews all over the world. He was a disciple of Rabbi Yitzchak Shmelkish - Av Beis Din of Lvov and author of Beis Yitzchak, who selected him as a son-in-law. Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank (1873-1961), born in Kovno and studied at the Slabodka Yeshiva. Settled in Jerusalem in 18893 and appointed Dayan in 1907. From 1918 he headed the Beth Din which became part of the official government recognized Chief Rabbinate. Author of Har Tzvi and other rabbinic works. 16 sides [8 2 sided leaves].
