Rabbi Sholom Mordechai Ha’Cohen Schwadron (1835-1911), known as the MaHarSham, was a foremost halachic authority of his generation, responding to Halachic queries from across the world. His main works Shailos U’Teshuvos MaHarSham and Daas Torah are widely studied sources of Halocha. Additionally, he authored Mishpat Sholom on Chosen Mishpat and Techeiles Mordechai on the weekly Torah portions. Primarily a talmid of R.
