Inside the sefer there are 11 glosses written by Akiva Yosef Schlesinger! Rabbi Akiva Yosef Schlesinger [1837-1922] a dicsiple of his father Rabbi Yechiel who was a disciple of the Chasam Sofer and the Ketav Sofer, the Maharam Schick and the Machaneh Chaim. The son-in-law of the Holy Gaon Rabbi Hillel Lichtenstein of Kalameu. Immigrated to the Land of Israel and acted for its pure settlement. Was renowned for his unique Psakim on several matters, Psakim that led to a heated polemic for several years. Size : 17.5 cm Condition : Overall in fine condition, small tears effecting 3 glosses, bound together with sefer Chayei Olam, antique binding.
