Taharas HaKodesh, Bialozerka, 1806. Signatures. Sefer Taharas HaKodesh. Kabbalistic practices and ethical teachings, in two parts, by Rabbi Binyamin Wolf. Bialozerka, 1806. This sefer served as a foundational source for many later works on personal conduct and prayer intentions (kavanot). It is one of only three Hebrew seforim ever printed in Bialozerka (Ukraine), at a printing house established by the heirs of Rabbi Moshe, the printer of Minkovitz. (See: A. Yaari, The Hebrew Press in Minkovitz, Kiryat Sefer, Vol. 19, 1942-1943, p. 268). With an approbation from the holy Rebbi Aryeh Yehuda Leib ben Rabbi Shalom Segal of Zbarazh and Volochysk, who signed ”Going and traveling to the Holy Land.” This approbation was granted to the printer upon the establishment of the press in Bialozerka. Rebbi Aryeh Yehuda Leib of Volochysk a disciple of the Maggid of Mezeritch, was one of the great Torah and Hasidic leaders of his generation. He was connected by marriage to the Chozeh of Lublin and Rabbi Nachman of Breslov. In his later years, in 1805, he immigrated to the Land of Israel with his family and was buried in Safed in 1813, in the Cave of the Righteous, located between the tombs of the Arizal and Rabbi Yosef Karo.
