Machzor for the Entire Year for the Chazzan, Sulzbach 1806, Illustrated Title Page.  Part 1 : Weekday and Shabbat prayers, Selichot, and prayers from Shabbat Bereshit until Shabbat Nachamu, Hallel, Musaf for Rosh Chodesh and Shabbat Rosh Chodesh, and Kabbalat Shabbat. Ashkenaz Rite. On the title page: The date is given as ”והיו לאותות ול’מ’וע’ד’י’ם” [1794]. The printing date is false.
