Beis Dovid, Salonika 1740, First Edition.  Novella and responsa on the Shulchan Aruch authored by R. Yosef Dovid of Salonika. Volume 1. R. Yosef Dovid (1657-1737), was a Talmid of R. Yitzchok Toledano. He served as a Dayan and later as Rav in the distinguished community of Salonika. He was one of the most well-known rabbinical leaders of his era and is sometimes referred to with the acronym MaHaRID. Ancient glosses. Size : 29.5 cm Pages: [2] 136 [14], 118.
