Beautiful Letter by Rabbi Reuven Dessler,   Kelm, 1929. Letter for the Talmud Torah (Bet Talmud) of Kelm (Kelme), Lithuania, handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Reuven Dov Dessler, to the Gaon Rabbi Aryeh Leib Fokter of Amsterdam, 1929.  Rabbi Dessler expresses his gratitude for the assistance extended to R. Gershon Miadnik, one of the deans of the Talmud Torah, who had just returned from his trip to the Netherlands on behalf of the yeshiva. This letter opens with blessings for the new year. Rabbi Reuven Dessler, one of Chachmei Hamussar [1863-1931] manager of the Talmud Torah of Kelm and Ma'atik Hashmu'ah of the educational doctrine of Kelme. His son was the famed Mashgiach, the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Eliyahu Elazar Dessler author of Michtav MeEliyahu.  Size : 27 x 21 cm Condition : Very fine condition.
