Studentica, beer mug, half liter, colorless lead crystal glass, slightly conical shape, faceted wall, mounted tin lid, a porcelain plate set into the lid, finely painted with the full coat of arms of the Cimbria Würzburg fraternity, in the coat of arms border the motto: Mannesmut, Freundschaft, Wissenschaft, the coat of arms underlaid with four flags and two basket rackets, above the coat of arms the field shout, below the coat of arms the dedication: Gaston Graul Z! s./l. Bdbdr. Hugo Ortloff Z! z.frdl.Erg. Würzburg, Ostern 1894, as a lid lifter a Bavarian lion with the Wittelsbach diamond coat of arms, inside of the lid inscribed: Joh. Popp, vorm. Hofl. Personal beer mug of the later director of the Metzler & Ortloff porcelain factory in Illmenau, Dr. Hans Hugo Ortloff. Gaston Graul from Frankfurt/Main became active at Cimbria in 1892, was first appointed there in SS 95 and WS 95/96, he received his doctorate in 1905 in Würzburg with the subject: On nervous dysepsy of the stomach and its therapy, later lived and worked in Münster, Breul 16 there as chief physician. Ortloff moved to the University of Erlangen in 1894 with the requirement to receive the ribbon of Erlanger Franconia. He received his doctorate in Erlangen in 1899 on the subject: Influence of carbonic acid on fermentation. He also studied art history and took over the Metzler & Ortloff porcelain factory in Illmenau from his father.

Studentika, Bierkrug, halber Liter, farbloses Bleikristallglas, leicht konische Form, facettierte Wandung, montierter Zinndeckel, in den Deckel gefasst eine Porzellanplatte, fein bemalt mit dem Vollwappen der Burschenschaft Cimbria Würzburg, in der Wappenbordierung der Wahlspruch: Mannesmut, Freundschaft, Wissenschaft, das Wappen unterlegt mit vier Fahnen und zwei Korbschlägern, oberhalb des Wappens das Feldgeschrei, unterhalb des Wappens die Widmung: Gaston Graul Z! s./l. Bdbdr. Hugo Ortloff Z! z.frdl. Erg. Würzburg, Ostern 1894, als Deckelheber ein bayerischer Löwe mit dem Wittelsbacher Rautenwappen, Deckel innen bez.: Joh. Popp, vorm. Hofl. Persönlicher Bierkrug des späteren Direktors der Porzellanmanufaktur Metzler & Ortloff in Illmenau, Dr. Hans-Hugo Ortloff. Gaston Graul aus Frankfurt/Main wurde 1892 bei Cimbria aktiv, im SS 95 und WS 95/96 dort Erstchargierter, er promovierte 1905 in Würzburg mit dem Thema: Über nervöse Dysepsie des Magens und deren Behandlung, wohnte später in Münster, Breul 16 und arbeitete dort als Chefarzt. Ortloff wechselte 1894 an die Universität Erlangen mit der Auflage dort das Band der Erlanger Franken aufzunehmen, er promovierte 1899 in Erlangen mit dem Thema: Einfluss der Kohlensäure auf die Gärung, er studierte auch Kunstgeschichte und übernahm von seinem Vater die Porzellanmanufaktur Metzler & Ortloff in Illmenau.
