Carl Goering, later also a railway manager, died in 1907 as president of the railway directorate in Naumburg. Göring z.fr.Erg. 18RC54 sowie ein Vandalenzirkel, altersgemäß gute Erhaltung, unter Glas montiert 10 x 7,5 cm (HxB) Wilhelm Simon 1833-1916, Taufpate war Ernst Moritz Arndt, studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Bonn und Heidelberg, später Vorsitzender des Direktoriums der privaten Berlin-Hamburger Eisenbahnen, Sitz im Preußischen Abgeordnetenhaus für die Nationalliberale Partei, Wahlkreis Breslau 7. Carl Goering, sp. ebenfalls Eisenbahnmanager, verstirbt 1907 als Präsident des Eisenbahndirektoriums in Naumburg.
