A large and heavy official commemorative medal, issued by the Japan Athletic Promotion Foundation on the occasion of the XVIII Olympic Games in Tokyo 1964. The reverse shows a view of the National Stadium at the Sendagaya Gate with the Olympic flame and the Olympic rings.
