Glass with elaborate coat of arms painting for Rudolf von Below, end of the 19th century - cylindrical, slightly tapered coat of arms glass made of green glass with a gold rim, the front of the beer glass is elaborately painted in enamel with the colorful coat of arms of the Mecklenburg noble family von Below, the shield shows a double-headed eagle in black on gold, crowned by a helmet with a crest in the form of two upstanding arms holding a double-headed eagle, on the reverse, the name ”Rudolf von Below” is painted in white enamel, good age-appropriate condition, gold rim rubbed, minimal chip on the rim, h. 14.5 cm Rudolf von Below was born on March 15, 1868, in Jargelin, the son of Heinrich Karl Friedrich von Below and Luise von Wolffradt. Jh. zylindrisches, nach unten leicht verjüngtes Wappenglas aus grünem Glas mit Goldrand, die Vorderseite des Bierglases aufwendig in Emailmalerei ausgeführt mit dem farbig gestalteten Wappen des mecklenburgischen Adelsgeschlechts von Below, der Schild zeigt einen Doppeladler in Schwarz auf Gold, bekrönt von einem Helm mit Helmdecke und Helmzier in Form von zwei emporragenden Armen, die einen Doppeladler halten, rückseitig der Name ”Rudolf von Below” in weißer Emailmalerei, altersgemäß gute Erhaltung, Goldrand berieben, minimaler Chip am Rand, H. 14,5 cm Rudolf von Below wurde am 15.
