Collection of Elastolin and F.B.F. Soldier Figures, World War I - Comprising 39 composition figures and 5 horses by Elastolin and F.B.F., some unmarked, all hand-painted. An extensive group representing various military branches — infantry, navy, cavalry, and colonial troops. Included are standing and charging soldiers, mounted figures with horses, a flag bearer, sailors in uniform, soldiers wearing gas masks, and colonial troops with red turbans. Original as-found condition, paint in parts heavily flaked, some figures missing limbs. Height approx. 9–10 cm. Inspection recommended. The figures were produced between the 1910s and 1930s and reflect the contemporary image of World War I as popularized by manufacturers such as Elastolin (Hausser) and F.B.F. (Friedrich Bernhard Fischer). These hand-painted composition figures were among the most popular toys and collectibles of the prewar and interwar periods. This particular group stands out for its variety of uniform types and rare colonial depictions, offering valuable historical and cultural insight into how military themes were represented at the time. Umfassende Gruppe aus verschiedenen Waffengattungen – Infanterie, Marine, Kavallerie und Kolonialtruppen. Darunter stehende und stürmende Soldaten, Reiterfiguren mit Pferden, ein Fahnenträger, Matrosen in Uniform, Soldaten mit Gasmaske sowie Kolonialsoldaten mit rotem Turban. Originaler Fundzustand, teils mit stark abgeblätterter Farbe, teilweise fehlen Gliedmaßen, H. ca. 9–10 cm. Bitte besichtigen. Die Figuren entstanden in den 1910er- bis 1930er-Jahren und spiegeln das zeitgenössische Bild des Ersten Weltkriegs wider, wie es durch Hersteller wie Elastolin (Hausser) oder F.B.F. (Friedrich Bernhard Fischer) in Serie gebracht wurde. Solche bemalten Massefiguren waren populäres Spiel- und Sammelgut der Vorkriegs- und Zwischenkriegszeit.
