Underside stamped with the manufacturer's mark Heinrich & Co. (H&C), Selb, Bavaria, the abbreviation ”FL.U.V.” (Flieger-Unterkunftsverwaltung / Aircraft Accommodation Administration), the Luftwaffe eagle and the year 1938. Good age-appropriate condition. 11x15x24 cm (HxDxW). The porcelain factory Heinrich & Co. in Selb, Bavaria, was founded in 1896 and supplied the Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe with canteen and barracks porcelain during the 1930s and 1940s.
