Ekaterina Vladimirovna Arkhipova (born 1967, Alexandria, Egypt) is a Russian painter and graphic artist, known for her work in portraiture, landscape painting, and still life. She has been a member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 2000. Arkhipova graduated from the I. Shadr Sverdlovsk Art College (now Yekaterinburg Art College), where she received a rigorous academic training that laid the foundation for her multifaceted artistic career. Her works are held in the collections of the Primorye State Art Gallery, the Nakhodka Museum and Exhibition Centre, the ARTETAGE Museum of Contemporary Art, and in private collections in Russia, the United States, Canada, and Japan. Throughout her career, Arkhipova has participated in an extensive exhibition programme, including fifteen solo exhibitions, six international exhibitions, and more than one hundred group exhibitions. Distinguished by a refined sense of colour and atmosphere, the artist explores the expressive possibilities of landscape and the emotional resonance of place. Her works often focus on the natural and maritime environment of the Russian Far East, transforming observed reality into poetic visual imagery. In Lighthouses.
