Evgeny Valeryevich Osipov (born 1964) and Oksana Valentinovna Osipova (born 1970) are Russian painters and members of the Union of Artists of Russia. Both artists graduated from the Novoaltaysk Art College, while Oksana Osipova also completed her studies at the Far Eastern State Academy of Arts. Their works are held in the collections of the V. K. Arsenyev Primorye Museum and in numerous private collections in Russia and abroad. The Osipovs are devoted practitioners of the realist tradition. The urban landscape, which has become the central theme of their artistic practice, is executed in a thoroughly classical manner, with meticulous attention to colour and draftsmanship. Their paintings reveal a profound sensitivity to the character of place and an exceptional ability to capture the atmosphere of the city. In the works of Evgeny and Oksana Osipov, Vladivostok emerges as a uniquely personal and living environment.
