Janson-Manizer Elena Alexandrovna (1890 - 1971).
Sculptor, graphic artist. Honored Art Worker of the RSFSR, Member of the AHRR. She graduated from the architectural courses of E.F. Bagaeva, Polytechnic Institute (1914), PGSHUM (1921), Vkhutemas - Vkhutein (1925). Participated in the sculptural design of the TsPKiO them. CM. Kirov in Leningrad (1930s), the State Library. IN AND. Lenin in Moscow (1930s), underground stations of the Moscow metro "Dynamo" (1937), "Serpukhovskaya" (1950), tombstones of ballet dancers V.D. Tikhomirov and L.M. Lavrovsky, actor I.N. Bersenev (1950-60s). She created a series of seven sculptures on the theme of the ballets Swan Lake, The Fountain of Bakhchisarai, Romeo and Juliet, and Egyptian Nights (1934–1937).
