A Signed Korean Celadon Green Crackle Glaze Vase, Meiyuan - A Korean Celadon Green Crackle Glaze Vase, featuring a globular body and a tapering neck with a slightly flared rim. The pottery is covered in a pale celadon green crackle glaze, extensively decorated with dark underglaze stylized foliage. The body is interrupted by four circular medallions depicting various botanical motifs in underglaze white, black, and touches of red, including bamboo, blossoms, and a flower resembling a chrysanthemum or peony. The unglazed foot rim exposes a reddish-brown stoneware body. The base is marked with hand-painted characters ”梅園” (Meiyuan, or Plum Garden) and a rectangular red seal. Height: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches)
