Each elephant is rendered with a white body, adorned with elaborate ceremonial trappings, including caparisons and headgear, decorated in a palette of teal, brown, gold, black, and blue. One elephant supports a square platform featuring a central red longevity character (?, *sh�u*) against a blue ground, surrounded by ornate scrollwork. The second elephant bears a round platform with a stylized star or floral rosette design. The visible decoration includes geometric borders and stylized foliate motifs.
