The underside is clearly marked with ”TRIPLE DEPOSIT, ” ”MAPPIN & WEBB'S, ” ”PRINCE'S PLATE, ” and ”LONDON & SHEFFIELD, ” accompanied by a manufacturer's crest, the serial number ”W27685,” and ”RD 772183” (Registered Design number), along with additional numbers ”O” and ”370.” Missing the top.
