Alum Bay Isle of Wight Glass Jack-in-the-Pulpit Vase. An Alum Bay Isle of Wight art glass vase in the Jack-in-the-pulpit form. This hand-blown vessel features a bulbous base, a slender neck, and a wide, flared, asymmetrical rim. The interior of the rim is decorated with a swirled pattern in earthy tones of brown, ochre, and moss green, while the exterior and base show a mottled white and green appearance. Numerous small internal air bubbles are present throughout the glass. The piece is finished with a high-gloss surface.
