A Collection of Wooden and Metal Walking Canes, 20th Century. A collection of walking sticks and canes featuring various styles and materials. The assortment includes three wooden canes and one modern adjustable metal cane with a copper-tone finish. The wooden examples consist of a natural branch with a bulbous handle, a turned wood shaft with a T-shaped grip and dark banded accents, and a large crook-handle cane with a naturalistic finish. The metal cane is equipped with a contoured ergonomic plastic handle and a gold-tone collar. Several items feature protective rubber ferrules at the base. A small white circular label is present on the shaft of the metal cane.
