A large West German art pottery floor vase produced by Bay Keramik. The vessel features an ovoid body with a glossy dark brown ground, decorated with several raised, textured medallions in lime green and white fat lava glaze. The design includes horizontal ribbed banding at the shoulder and base. The short, flared rim is highlighted with a white speckled glaze. The underside is impressed with the maker mark BAY, W. GERMANY, and the model code 630 47.
