Empoli Italian Art Glass Ruby Red Footed Vase. An Empoli Italian art glass footed vase. This hand-blown vessel is constructed from translucent ruby red glass and features a bulbous lower body tapering to a slender neck with a flared rim. The piece is supported by a clear glass stem with a twisted, ribbed design, set upon a wide, circular ruby glass base. Internal seed bubbles are visible within the foot, consistent with hand-blown glass production.
