Bidspirit auction | An assortment of four ceramic

An assortment of four ceramic items including three vases and a pedestal bowl from various British manufacturers. The collection features a Foster's Pottery vase of bulbous form with a flared neck, finished in a dark grey-green and black drip glaze with a high-gloss sheen; the base is embossed with the words FOSTERS POTTERY. Included is a SylvaC ovoid vase with horizontal ribbing to the neck, decorated in a mottled matte-shot glaze of pale green, cream, and brown; the base is incised with the model number 1558, SylvaC, and England. Also present is a small bulbous vase with a marbled glaze in shades of blue and white, bearing a circular backstamp for Alton Staffs. The final piece is a shallow pedestal bowl set on a square base with moulded scroll-work decoration, finished in a mottled blue glaze and hand-inscribed to the underside Dutchess Studio. Heights: 13 cm, 9.5 cm, 7.5 cm, and 8 cm.
