Bidspirit auction | Two Chinese porcelain lidded ginger

Two Chinese porcelain lidded ginger jars of different sizes and decorative styles, dating from the mid-to-late 20th century. The larger ovoid jar is finished with a domed lid and features hand-painted peony sprays in the famille rose palette of pink, orange, blue, and green, set against a pale ochre-coloured glazed ground. The smaller ovoid jar is decorated on a white ground with a garden scene featuring two children at play. Large jar: 21 cm height Small jar: 9 cm height.
