A three-piece stainless steel fish poacher manufactured in Italy by Vis. The set comprises a long, oval-shaped base pan, a perforated lift-out rack with integral handles for easy removal of cooked fish, and a matching fitted lid. The item is constructed from 18/10 stainless steel (Inox) with a polished finish and features welded loop handles at either end of the body and on top of the lid. The base of the pan is stamped with the manufacturer mark featuring the name Vis under a horizontal bar, alongside the inscriptions MADE IN ITALY and INOX 18/10.
