An early 20th-century glazed earthenware vase of bulbous form with a tall, straight cylindrical neck. The vessel is finished in a vibrant sky-blue glaze and is decorated with a white slip nautical scene depicting two sailing vessels, possibly schooners, on water. The lower bulbous section is further decorated with stylised white floral and foliate scrolls. The rim features a textured, dark brown ceramic collar with an impressed repeating scroll pattern. Height: Approximately 17.5 cm.
